Style Watch: Striking Starlet Katie Holmes

Although Katie Holmes likes to keep a relatively low profile in her day-to-day for the sake of her adorable little one, Suri Cruise, and generally when spotted out on her personal time usually rocks ripped denim and a cotton tank or casual hoodie, when she steps out for events connected to her work as an actress and now-director, the 37-year-old stuns. She’s a natural beauty and matches her gorgeous features with some divine pieces that remind us that age is simply a number. We loved her as an awkward teen on Dawson’s Creek and now are delighted by her as a star of the series Kennedys After Camelot, and regardless of the time the beauty may spend out of the spotlight, she always reminds that she can rival any top model on the fashion week runways.

Here are simply a handful of Katie’s recent looks, which help emphasize how classic and poised the star remains and why she is our style watch subject for this Fashion Friday.
